New Associates

Currently, Ice Miller LLP is only hiring third year law students/recent law school graduates into our Indianapolis office. We are not hiring new lawyers into our Washington, D.C. DuPage County or Chicago offices.

As a new lawyer at Ice Miller, we hope you will find your place as part of the Ice Miller community, and there will be many opportunities available to help you get acclimated. You will work with small groups of lawyers who are committed to training new lawyers.

Laterals

Ice Miller hires lateral attorneys in any office where business needs dictate. We work very hard to assimilate these new lawyers into the Firm quickly and efficiently. We are aware that laterals want to "hit the ground running" so we provide all the necessary tools to do so.
