Albert Lin was featured in the article "Cordray's Former GC on the CFPB Director's Past and Future" in Corporate Counsel on Feb. 23, 2012. In the article, Lin describes his experience in working with Richard Cordray, the new head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). In 2008, Cordray was elected state Attorney General in Ohio and hired Lin as general counsel. During that time, Lin helped to manage issues relating to financial matters and securities litigation and assisted Cordray in closing two of the largest securities class actions in U.S. history.
