Ice Miller Welcomes 2014 Fall Class to Indianapolis Location

Indianapolis - Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of four new attorneys within two different practice groups to the Indianapolis location.  Every member of the 2014 fall class has professional experience as a law clerk, summer associate, legal intern or in a previous non-legal career. The Firm's newest lawyers are:
James Banister is an associate in the Health Care and Business Groups, concentrating his practice in helping solve transactional and regulatory issues. James was a summer clerk with Ice Miller in 2013 before joining the Firm as an associate in 2014.  Prior to joining Ice Miller, James worked as a microbiologist with Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis.  He worked in parenteral manufacturing and developed extensive knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as other international quality standards.  James has participated in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) compliance audits as well as Pre-Approval Inspections (PAI).
Jaren Hagler is an associate in Ice Miller’s Tax Group. Jaren received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University in 2011. He then attended law school at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, receiving his juris doctorate in 2014. During law school, Jaren served as a legal extern for the Honorable Donald G. Wilkerson, United States District Court-Southern District of Illinois, and as a summer associate at Ice Miller.
Louie Jorczak is an associate in Ice Miller's Litigation Group. Before joining the Firm, Louie's experience included serving as a Legal Intern for Blackstone Legal Fellowship where he worked on First Amendment issues for churches including religious land use concerns and other religious freedom matters. Louie also served as a volunteer for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic. Louie’s role included creating an Elder Law Primer as a resource for staff and volunteer attorneys to use in helping clients with Medicare planning and simple wills.

Olga Voinarevich is an associate in Ice Miller's Litigation and Intellectual Property Group.  In summer of 2013, Olga clerked at Ice Miller as a summer associate. Before permanently joining the firm in 2014, she held intern positions with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME). Additionally, Olga externed for Chief Judge Bruce W. Black with the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Judge Charles P. Kocoras with the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Illinois and Judge Jesse G. Reyes with the Circuit Court of Cook County (now an Illinois Appellate Court Judge).
