Ice Miller Welcomes Audrey Balint

Ice Miller LLP is pleased to welcome Audrey Balint as an associate in Ice Miller’s Business group. Audrey will focus her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
“Audrey has a natural sense of leadership and the ‘get deals done’ mentality of our M&A and corporate finance teams,” said Steve Humke, chief managing partner of Ice Miller. “We’re excited to have her join the Business group.”
Audrey has experience in commercial lending and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, asset based loans, and second lien loans. Prior to joining the Firm, Audrey worked on banking, regulatory, and real estate matters at a Columbus firm.
Audrey was a member of the Columbus Bar Association’s 2016 Barrister Leadership Class. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political Science, specializing in international relations. She earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, Audrey served as editor of the Journal of International Law and Competing Member of the Transactional Law Moot Court Team.
