Ice Miller Welcomes Sarah Fowler
INDIANAPOLIS – Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Fowler has joined the Firm as an associate with the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring practice group in the Indianapolis office.
Sarah will concentrate her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency issues, receiverships and debt workouts. She will work with a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, business debtors, creditors’ committees, shareholders, asset purchasers and bankruptcy trustees to assist them with the complexities of financial distress and finding solutions to a variety of commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Sarah represented businesses and individuals in business and civil disputes in state and federal court as an associate at Rubin & Levin, P.C. Sarah graduated from Marian University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in theology and a peace and justice studies minor. She obtained her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2012.
During law school, Sarah was an articles editor for the Indiana Law Review, a Torts Fellow for the Dean’s Tutorial Society and wrote a note selected for publication in Volume 45 of the Indiana Law Review entitled “A Rose by any Other Name—Primary Implied Assumption of Risk Under Indiana’s Comparative Fault Act.”
Sarah is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Amos Butler Audubon Society, Indiana Audubon Society and a coach for Girls on the Run of Central Indiana.
