Two Attorneys Join the Business Group at Ice Miller LLP

– Ice Miller is pleased to announce that Jessica Brown
has joined the Firm as an associate and Matt Servies
has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the Business Group. Brown will be located in the Columbus office and Servies will join the Indianapolis office.
Brown graduated from Miami University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management Information Systems. She earned her juris doctorate, cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2010.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Brown served as Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Section for the Ohio Attorney General's Office. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
Servies graduated from Xavier University in 1998, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In 2002 Servies received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law, and in 2003 a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Servies provided tax and legal counsel to publicly traded companies, private equity and other alternative investment funds and their portfolio companies in public offerings debt and equity financing transactions, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions at King & Spalding LLP and DLA Piper LLP (US) in Atlanta, Georgia. Servies is admitted to practice law in Georgia and his application to practice in Indiana is pending.
