Biography:

Marilee J. Springer is a partner in the Firm's Tax Group, concentrating her practice on the representation of tax-exempt organizations, donors and governmental entities and affiliates. In this capacity, Springer focuses on corporate, governance and tax issues. In addition, she provides advice with identifying and securing new sources of financing, including federal and state grants.
