Jody DeFord represents litigation clients in both federal and state courts, and in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. DeFord focuses her litigation practice on commercial disputes, the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, the defense of commercial product manufacturers, toxic tort litigation, and also handles litigated probate and trust matters.
