Susannah Mroz is an associate in Ice Miller's Labor and Employment Practice Group. She represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and other litigation before state and federal courts, claims filed with EEOC and other agencies, and labor arbitrations. Susannah also advises employers regarding personnel decisions and works with them to develop employment policies and procedures.
