Michele Rivas is of counsel with the Employee Benefits Practice Group of Ice Miller.

Her practice focuses on the compliance and design of tax-qualified and non-qualified, pension, welfare and fringe benefit plans; fiduciary responsibility, and interpretation of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA. Michele represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Labor.
