Biography:

Amy K. Fisher is a partner in the Drug and Device and Health Care Law Litigation Groups, concentrating on national and local defense of complex, multidistrict litigation for pharmaceutical and device manufacturers in federal and state courts. Her practice also includes product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, contract, and insurance defense. She has appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on multiple occasions on behalf of numerous clients to address the merits of centralization.
