Mr. Scaletta heads the Firm's Environmental Group. He has a broad administrative practice and has experience in defending against citizen suits and enforcement actions. Mr. Scaletta is a frequent speaker on the topics of CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, wetlands and underground storage tanks.
