Sarah Funke concentrates her practice in employee benefits, with a primary focus on welfare benefit plans and qualified plans of for-profit entities. She works with regional and international clients on benefit issues, such as plan formation and design of qualified pension and welfare benefit plans; administrative, compliance, and implementation advice; and general consulting regarding benefit matters, including advice regarding third-party provider agreements.
