Biography:

Rich Smikle's practice includes litigation, general business and advice to colleges and universities. He has worked with public and private colleges and universities and their boards, foundations and administrations for over 20 years. He has addressed a wide variety of legal and operational issues ranging from litigation and sovereign immunity to contracting, indemnification, expenditure of public funds and related tax issues. He has also worked extensively in the area of employment law.
