Jennifer Andres is an associate at Ice Miller LLP, concentrating her practice in the areas of environmental and corporate law. Her environmental practice consists of assisting clients with regulatory matters at the state and federal level regarding compliance and enforcement matters, permitting issues and remedial activities.

She also advises clients regarding the environmental liabilities that may arise when buying or selling a business or property, evaluating the risks involved and creating solutions to address the concerns, and assisting the client in obtaining any approvals or consents required for the transaction. Her corporate practice involves assisting clients with commercial agreement review of purchase/supply agreements, consignment agreements and distribution/marketing agreements, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining Ice Miller she worked for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in the Office of Enforcement addressing solid waste, confined feeding operations, underground storage tanks, leaking underground storage tank sites and spill issues.

Andres earned a Bachelor of Science in public affairs from Indiana University and a certificate of business studies from Indiana University. She has a juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Andres is a member of the Indiana, Indianapolis and American Bar Associations and serves as chair-elect to the Indianapolis Bar Association Environmental Executive Committee.
