Professional Experience:
Debra Pelletiere is the director of legal personnel for all of Ice Miller's offices. She is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and professional development of attorneys, paralegals and practice group specialists. She is also responsible for the summer law clerk program.

Pelletiere is responsible for the recruiting of all new and experienced lawyers, paralegals, practice group specialists and law students for the summer clerk program. She is a member of the Firm's Professional Development Committee, Personnel Committee, and Paralegal and Practice Group Specialist Committee, and works closely with the Attorney Evaluation Committee.

Prior to joining Ice Miller she was a practicing attorney, and vice president and member of the board of directors of Grand Slam Sports Marketing.
