Full Biography: Bradley M. Stohry

Brad Stohry is an associate in the Indianapolis office and a member of the intellectual property group. His practice involves mainly trademark and copyright prosecution, litigation, and licensing. He advises clients in various aspects of trademark and copyright law, including issues with adoption, registration, and licensing. He also assists clients in enforcing their copyright, trademark, and domain name rights.

Brad is admitted to practice before all Indiana State Courts and the Federal District Courts in Indiana. Brad is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the International Trademark Association.

Brad is originally from Flat Rock, Indiana and graduated summa cum laude from Ball State University, receiving his bachelor of arts in entrepreneurship in 2002. He earned his juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 2005.
