Professional Experience:
Jason McNiel is an associate in the Firm's Business Litigation Group, where he concentrates his practice on real estate and complex business litigation. He represents clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses in both state and federal court.


He represents clients in a wide array of real-estate, construction and business related disputes, including commercial foreclosures, receiverships, eminent domain, landlord/tenant actions and mechanic's lien enforcement/defense actions.

McNiel received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Miami University, Ohio in 1998. In 2005, he earned his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. While in law school, he was a note development editor for the Indiana Law Review.

McNiel joined Ice Miller in August 2005. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2005. Prior to law school, he worked for a leading accounting firm in Columbus, Ohio and served as a small business development volunteer for the United States Peace Corps in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.
