Professional Experience:
Brandi L. Bennett is an associate in Ice Miller's Litigation Group. She practices in the areas of insurance coverage and franchise and business litigation.

Bennett has represented clients in lawsuits involving personal injury, premises liability, fraud, trespass, ERISA actions, insurance recovery matters, and telecommunication service provider access. She has also represented franchisors in several types of litigation, including collection actions, premises liability, and trademark infringement. In addition, Bennett has worked with both corporations and individuals in a variety of business disputes, including breach of contract claims, violations of covenants not to compete and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Prior to joining the Firm as an associate, Bennett clerked for Ice Miller in 2005.

Bennett is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Bennett graduated from Purdue University with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She obtained her juris doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law where she was a member of the Global Studies Law Review.

Bennett joined Ice Miller in 2006 and is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
