Susannah Mroz is an associate in Ice Miller's Labor and Employment Practice Group. She represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and other litigation before state and federal courts, claims filed with EEOC and other agencies, and labor arbitrations. Susannah also advises employers regarding personnel decisions and works with them to develop employment policies and procedures.

A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, she earned her bachelor of arts degree in religion & theology from Calvin College in 1998. Prior to attending law school, she did graduate work in American religious history at Duke University.
Mroz received her juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2006. While in law school, she served as an executive articles editor for the Indiana Law Review, participated in moot court, and tutored civil procedure for the Dean's Tutorial Society.
She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
