Full Biography: Dean Leffelman
In addition, Dean has experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. He offers counsel on tax planning, assistance with financing, private offering memorandums, and like-kind exchanges. Dean also serves as General Counsel to a Chicago area university, and provides legal services to other higher education institutions related to: the acquisition of other institutions; land development including stadiums, student housing, and campus buildings; bond and conventional financing; vendor and outsourcing agreements; online academic program development agreements; certification and compliance counseling; employment and privacy matters; and intellectual property.
Dean graduated from John Marshall Law School, in 1979, with honors, Order of the Coif.
