Lindsay Ramsey is an associate in the Firm's Labor and Employment Group. She represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings before the EEOC and the NLRB, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, union organizing, and the development of employment policies and practices.
Her practice also includes analysis of regulations and pending litigation on E-Verify, as well as I-9 compliance and Social Security mis-match issues, with a particular emphasis on labor arbitration decisions. Ramsey also conducts legal research on various immigration matters and prepares supporting documents for use in immigration filings.
