Professional Experience:
Mark Alson is an associate in the Competitive Business Group, where he provides representation of corporate clients in all stages of business disputes.

He has experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts in connection with providing counsel to corporate and private equity clients during the deal-making process.

Alson earned his Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in 2005, cum laude. He received his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he was a member of the Valparaiso University Law Review, where he served as executive editor of student writing. Alson is also published in 42 Val. U. L. Rev. 1277 (2008).

Alson joined Ice Miller in September of 2008 and is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
