Professional Experience:
Jill M. Koehlinger is an associate in the Ice Miller Business Group. Koehlinger's primary areas of practice are in general corporate and transactional law.

Koehlinger earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology, cum laude, with a minor in Spanish from DePauw University in 2005. At DePauw, Koehlinger served as president of her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. In 2004, she studied and worked in London, England through the EPA program. Upon graduation, she was presented the R. Stanley Lawton Junior Prize.

In 2008, Koehlinger earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. In law school, she served as production editor of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and was nominated to the Order of the Barristers. She served as a juvenile court intern, was a member of the Disability Clinic and was also social chair of Phi Delta Phi.

Koehlinger joined Ice Miller as an associate in 2008 and is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
