Full Biography: Jennifer L Lucas

Jennifer Lucas' primary focus is in the area of employee benefits. Her specific areas of concentration are the design, implementation, and compliance efforts of employer-sponsored health plans and other benefits such as cafeteria plans, life and disability plans, education assistance plans, and reimbursement account plans. She also assists employers with their compliance with federal laws including the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as well as with state and federal filings, compliance with recent legislation and regulations, and general plan administration issues.

Ms. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in legal administration from Ball State University in 1988.

Ms. Lucas joined Ice Miller in July 1988.
