Full Biography: Marc W. Sciscoe

Marc Sciscoe's primary practice concentration is employee benefits and executive compensation consulting and disputes. He advises employers, plans, fiduciaries and service providers regarding all types of benefit plans and incentive compensation arrangements. He also represents a wide range of clients in administrative proceedings and litigation involving all types of benefits plans, including executive compensation programs, stock-based and other equity-based plans, retirement plans and health plans.

Marc Sciscoe was born in Elkhart, Indiana. In addition to his undergraduate studies in comparative literature at Brown University, he studied Latin American literature and creative writing in Cochabamba, Bolivia.

Mr. Sciscoe joined Ice Miller in 1989 and is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana
