Professional Experience:
Angela Krahulik is a partner in the Firm's Environmental/Natural Resources/Toxic Tort Group. Her primary areas of practice include environmental insurance coverage, environmental and toxic tort litigation, business litigation, and representation in administrative matters.
Krahulik's experience includes environmental contribution actions, recovery of funds expended to remediate and develop contaminated municipal and private property, and working with clients to manage and resolve compliance and remediation issues. She has tried several cases in both state and federal courts. In addition to routinely handling a full range of litigated matters, Krahulik provides alcoholic beverage and tobacco permitting services, including obtaining and renewing alcoholic beverage permits throughout the state and at the federal level and resolving violation and other issues associated with those permits.
Krahulik is a member of the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, serves on the Environmental Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and as the Trial Tactics Section chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Krahulik is a frequent author and presenter on subjects related to trial practice and insurance coverage and has recently published articles related to vapor intrusion costs in environmental insurance coverage cases, Indiana's direct action rule, business interruption insurance and insurance coverage litigation, as well as co-authoring the environmental law survey article for publication in the Indiana Law Review.
Krahulik earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Indiana University in 1997. She also attended Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, earning her juris doctorate, summa cum laude, in 2001.
Krahulik joined Ice Miller in August 2001. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
