Full Biography: Ryan McCabe Poor
Mr. Poor represents clients in all facets of labor and employment law, including labor arbitration, contract administration and labor and employment related litigation in state and federal courts. In addition, he represents clients in administrative proceedings before local, state and federal agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Mr. Poor also assists clients in developing personnel policies, handbooks, individual employment contracts, severance agreements, and supervisory training programs, all of which are targeted at avoiding employment-related disputes and litigation. He has written articles on labor and employment-related matters and has prepared presentations on numerous topics for professional associations and seminars.
Mr. Poor is a native of Williamsport, Indiana. He graduated from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana in 1995 where he received his bachelor of arts in psychology, summa cum laude with distinction. He earned his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 1998 and was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Poor is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Poor is a member of all Bars of Indiana's United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
