Professional Experience:
Patra Geroulis is of counsel in Ice Miller's Municipal Finance Group. She regularly serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and special counsel on a variety of public finance transactions including general obligation bonds, industrial development revenue bonds, multifamily housing financings and Section 501(c)(3) revenue bond financings.

A native of Chicago, Ill., Geroulis earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics, graduating from DePaul University with highest honors in 1997. She received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2000. While attending law school, she was a legal aid clinic intern and a public defender intern.

Geroulis joined Ice Miller in June 2001. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
