Full Biography: Dustin S. DuBois

Dustin DuBois is an associate with Ice Miller and concentrates his practice in various facets of intellectual property.

As a member of the Ice Miller Private Equity and Venture Services Group, Mr. DuBois' counsel to clients ranges from management of intellectual property portfolios to assisting clients with business negotiations involving intellectual property. Mr. DuBois assists clients in negotiation of commercial contracts such as joint development and licensing agreements, transactions concerning intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. DuBois also helps clients to build their patent and trademark portfolios through preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.

Mr. Dubois graduated from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1992 with a major in chemical engineering and a minor in economics. He earned his law degree at Indiana University School of Law in 2000.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. DuBois worked for such major U.S. companies as Caterpillar, General Motors, and Betz Laboratories in product development, management, and technical advising capacities.

Mr. Dubois is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
