Gordon Wishard practices with the Firm's Personal Services Group. He represents clients in all aspects of individual and wealth transfer planning.
His practice focuses on the application of sophisticated techniques to the transfer of wealth between individuals, families and charities, and related litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, tax strategies and trust and estate administration.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
