Full Biography: Terri A. Czajka

Her practice centers on representing municipalities and businesses in environmental and natural resources permitting, creating solutions when property and operations being transferred are contaminated or potentially regulated by environmental laws, assisting with property development, providing advice on regulatory compliance, representing client positions when laws and rules are being promulgated, defense of enforcement actions, and toxic tort and Superfund litigation.

In addition to her environmental/natural resources practice, Ms. Czajka often is called upon to use her general administrative agency experience to assist in representing Ice Miller clients in other venues, such as before the Indiana Department of Administration and the United States Department of Transportation and Customs Bureau. Ms. Czajka also serves on the Firm's Agricultural Law Initiative.

Ms. Czajka is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
