Full Biography: Gary J. Dankert

Gary Dankert's area of practice concentration is general litigation, focusing on employee benefit disputes and construction law. Mr. Dankert has spoken locally, statewide, and nationally on employee benefit disputes and construction law. These include Damages in Construction Litigation (ICLEF), Employee Benefits (Indiana Chamber of Commerce, ICLEF), Indiana Construction Law (National Business Institute), Construction Claims and Job Profitability (National Business Institute), Construction Site Safety (Conference of Invited Attorneys, MICCS), Architect Liability (Cambridge Institute), Mechanic's Liens and Bonding (Cambridge Institute), as well as various meetings of industry trade groups including the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute.

He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.

An Indianapolis native, Gary Dankert received his A.B. from Indiana University in 1974 and his J.D. from Indiana University at Indianapolis in 1977. Mr. Dankert joined Ice Miller in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
