Business Litigation Associate - Columbus Office
Seeking a business litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, including experience with drafting and arguing motions; taking depositions, as well as client responsibility and communications. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions. Experience in private securities litigation, shareholder derivative litigation and securities regulation is preferred. This position will be based in our Columbus office.

Patent Attorney - Indianapolis Office
Our Indianapolis office is seeking a patent attorney with 2 plus years of legal experience. A bachelor of science in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Other intellectual property or business experience is also preferred in the areas of engineering, patent prosecution and technology licensing. Must be admitted to the Patent Bar.
