Ice Miller LLP Attorney Bradley Williams Named Among Outstanding Healthcare Fraud and Compliance Lawyers

Indianapolis, June 6, 2008 - Bradley Williams, senior counsel at Ice Miller LLP, has been named an Outstanding Healthcare Fraud and Compliance Lawyer by Nightingale's Healthcare News, a newsletter for healthcare executives and professionals serving the healthcare industry. Williams is among twelve attorneys from across the country who were named to the annual list in their May 2008 issue.
Nightingale recognized Williams for his representation of "a large hospital in an investigation concerning physician compensation and federal anti-kickback law; a large physician-owned clinic in a federal investigation arising out of a qui tam lawsuit; and a national pharmaceutical manufacturer in a state Medicaid investigation."

Williams serves as the president of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, and is the past chair of American Bar Association Section of Taxation's subcommittee on Attorney-Client and Constitutional Privileges. He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Circuit Rules for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Local Rules Committee for the Unites States District court for the Southern District of Indiana, and is a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is a past president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
