Angela P. Krahulik

Angela Krahulik is a partner at Ice Miller and chair of the firm’s Environmental Practice within the Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group. She advises clients on environmental regulatory, transactional, enforcement, and litigation matters, with additional experience in business risk management and insurance coverage.

Angela helps clients manage exposure through contracts and insurance and has extensive experience in administrative matters, including alcoholic beverage and tobacco permitting at the state and federal level.

Angela regularly works on a variety of issues related to the motorsports industry and has proudly represented the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and INDYCAR for many years. She has tried numerous cases in both Indiana and federal courts and is a frequent author and presenter on environmental law, trial practice, risk avoidance, and insurance coverage.

Outside of the office, Angela serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and is active in several legal and community organizations. She is past Chair of the Environmental Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association and previously served on the Boards of Directors of Second Helpings, Inc. and the Friends of Hamilton County Parks, Inc. Prior to joining Ice Miller in 2001, Angela earned her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis.
