Charles Ellis Bush II is an associate in Ice Miller's Labor and Employment Group. He represents employers in all forms of labor and employment law matters, including litigation, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board administrative matters and development of employer policies and practices.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in 2005. While at the University of Tennessee, Charles majored in logistics and transportation and received a collateral in operations management.
Prior to law school, Charles worked in supply chain management for companies in Ohio and Georgia.
In 2013, Charles graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law. There, he served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Tanya Walton Pratt in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He was also a member of the Valparaiso University Sports Law Clinic, the Black Law Students Association and the Moot Court Society.
Charles was a summer associate for Ice Miller in 2012 and joined the firm as an associate in 2013.
