Deborah Pryce serves as a Senior Political Advisor for Ice Miller Whiteboard - a consulting arm of the law firm Ice Miller. Deborah leads a team which offers detailed experience regarding all levels of the policymaking process, including legislative mechanics, committee dynamics and procedures, communications, coalition building, fundraising and vote counting on both federal and state levels for clients in industries ranging from health care to financial services.

Concurrent with her role at Ice Miller Whiteboard, Deborah is Chairman of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, appointed by Gov. Kasich (Term runs from 3/2011 to 2/2017). The Mission of the Liquor Control Commission is to ensure compliance with the liquor laws and regulations of the state of Ohio and to provide fair and impartial hearings for the protection of the public and permit holders alike. The Commission works in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Commerce and the Ohio Department of Public Safety.

Prior to Ice Miller Whiteboard, Deborah served as a Congresswoman in the U.S. House of Representatives (1993-2008). Deborah held positions of freshman class president, deputy whip, House Republican Conference secretary, vice-chair and chairman. As the House Republican Conference Chairman (2003-2007), she was the fourth-highest ranking Member of Congress and the highest-ranking Republican woman in the history of the House. In this role, she presided over the Conference, developed communications strategies, built coalitions, liaised with the White House and designed strategic initiatives to advance the legislative agenda.
