Elizabeth Brier is an associate in the Business Group. She concentrates her practice in private equity, venture capital and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Elizabeth has represented both private and public companies in an array of industries in connection with reorganizations, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, corporate restructurings and refinancings and corporate entity formations.
Elizabeth has also represented equity clients in equity and mezzanine investments and recapitalization transactions.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University in 2005. She graduated from the Emory University School of Law in 2008.
While in law school she represented Emory University in the Dean Jerome Prince National Memorial Evidence Moot Court Competition held annually at Brooklyn Law School.
