Enzo Incandela is an associate in Ice Miller's Business Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and financing transactions, federal and state securities law, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.
Enzo also has extensive municipal finance experience having worked in Ice Miller's Municipal Finance Group before transitioning to the Business Group. His experience included financings for general obligations, utilities, tax increment, economic development and providing assistance to state and local governments with taxable and tax exempt financing for themselves and local industry.
While in law school, Enzo was a member of the executive board of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and Executive Editor, Illinois Symposium. In addition, Enzo held externship and law clerk positions with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Circuit Court of Cook County Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to law school, Enzo had an extensive career in wealth management working with UBS Financial Services Inc. and Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney).
