Kristin Kelley focuses her practice on employment-based immigration, counseling clients on obtaining approval for all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. She has extensive experience preparing and reviewing business immigration filings, responding to requests for further evidence at all government levels, and researching and analyzing immigration statutes. Prior to her legal career, Kristin worked extensively in the field of health care and policy research, solving high level strategic problems for key health care clients.
Kristin graduated with a bachelor’s degree cum laude in sociology and anthropology from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and a juris doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review and worked as a research assistant in the health law department. As a Certified Student Practitioner with the University of North Carolina’s Immigration and Human Rights Policy Clinic, Kristin filed successful U visa applications and advised her clients on key immigration matters, including international travel and family issues.
Kristin is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana.
