Laure Flaniken is an attorney in the Litigation and Intellectual Property group. Laure’s primary practice concentration is litigation, with a focus on the defense of general and product liability cases.
Laure has also been involved in the defense of medical malpractice and product liability cases, including mass tort product liability litigation involving class actions and multi-district proceedings. Her work has included identification, evaluation, and preparation of expert witnesses, review of medical and scientific literature, and analysis of labeling and marketing issues.
Laure is originally from Belgium and is fluent in French. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College in 1987. She earned her juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1990.
Laure joined Ice Miller in 1990 and again in 2016 and is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana. Laure is an avid reader, enjoys playing tennis and cooking, and is a docent at the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
