Paul Huddle is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, federal and state securities law, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Paul practiced at an international law firm where he advised clients on corporate matters, federal securities and commodities laws and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, National Futures Association and other self-regulatory organizations. Paul also worked in the Legal and Market Regulation Department at CME Group Inc. where he managed and developed cases on trade practice violations and other market concerns and provided guidance to market participants on exchange rules and regulations.
Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with distinction, from Iowa State University in 2007. While at Iowa State, Paul was a member of the men’s golf team. Paul earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College where he graduated cum laude in 2010. In law school, Paul served as an editor for the Seventh Circuit Review.
While away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Liz, and playing golf.
Paul is admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Illinois.
