Paul J. Corsaro is a partner in the Firm's Trusts and Estates Group. Paul has extensive experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, business succession planning, charitable giving and tax litigation. He also handles unique estate planning and succession planning issues presented by family-owned and closely-held businesses.
Paul is a frequent speaker on taxation subjects and has made presentations on Advanced Estate Planning Techniques. He received his Bachelor of Science with honors from Saint Joseph's College and his juris doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is a member of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board.
He is admitted to the bar in Indiana and is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana, in addition to the United States Tax Court.
While actively practicing law and enjoying his family, Paul still finds time to volunteer coaching youth football and serving on several charitable boards in the community.
