Richard Johnson is a partner in the Trust and Estates Group of Ice Miller LLP, office, where he concentrates his practice in estate, trust and guardianship controversies.

Rich has experience in the areas of estate, trust and guardianship litigation. He has argued cases at the trial and appellate levels involving contested estate, trust and guardianship issues in courts throughout Illinois. Rich's practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate fiduciaries. In addition, he represents both corporate and individual executors and trustees as to their fiduciary duties in administering estates and trusts. Rich also advises individual clients in all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning.
