Rob Stefancin focuses his practice in the areas of business restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He represents both secured creditors and businesses in commercial litigation and in commercial workouts. Rob has served as counsel to both debtors and committees of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also has substantial experience litigating matters in Ohio courts, federal courts and state and federal courts of appeal.

Rob received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Jefferson College, cum laude, and his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University.
