Shelia Amundson Harding is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Competitive Business Practices Litigation Group. Shelia assists the practice group and its clients with litigation in various areas of law such as general corporate and contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, business torts, communications, health care issues, professional liability, product liability, securities fraud and technology.
Her primary functions include coordinating with lawyers and clients to manage cases, prepare discovery requests and responses and manage documents and exhibits; drafting documents for attorneys; legal and other research; fact investigation and evaluation; locating and interviewing witnesses; participation in conference calls and client meetings; attending depositions and mediations as needed and assisting at trial.
She rejoined Ice Miller in February 2008, after having worked for the Firm from 1992-1999. Shelia has been working as a paralegal since earning her degree in paralegal studies in 1985. She worked as a paralegal in two large Texas law firms in Dallas and Austin for 7 years prior to moving to Indianapolis in 1992.
