In Indiana, Ice Miller has served as bond counsel to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Programs for all financings and has been an advisor to the programs since the Programs' inception, including assisting with the drafting of the programs' authorizing legislation and the program's debt issuance.
Ice Miller's public finance attorneys have also represented numerous water and wastewater utilities with their negotiated borrowings from the SRF Loan Programs, having closed dozens borrower loans with the SRF Loan Programs over the past 20 plus years.
