- In 2010 and 2011, Inc. Magazine ranked Ice Miller on its annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
- The American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) announced the nation's largest healthcare law firms for 2009 and Ice Miller LLP ranked 21st in the nation with a total of 37 AHLA members. The ranking appears in the February 2009, issue of Modern Healthcare.
- Ice Miller's Private Equity and Venture Services Group was recognized as the 23rd most active law firm in the nation based on the number of private equity and venture capital funds worked on in the April 2010 issue of the Private Equity Analyst, a publication of Dow Jones. Ice Miller was the only Indiana firm on the ranking. Ice Miller was also recognized as the 29th most active law firm in the country by number of deals based on the number of private equity or venture capital deals.
- Ice Miller was recognized as a top-ranked law firm in Indiana for work in Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate by Chambers USA 2010.
- Ice Miller was recognized as a leading Firm in the Midwest in the area of mergers, acquisitions and buyouts in the 2010 edition of the Legal 500.
- Midwest Real Estate News ranked Ice Miller first in Indiana, and ninth in the Midwest, in their 2011 Best of the Best Real Estate Law Firms in the Midwest.
