This seminar will explain the basic and practical considerations involved in selecting among the various types of business entities that are available. The program also will examine the process of forming and organizing partnerships, limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and limited liability companies (LLCs). You will learn what these entities are, how they work and when and why they should be used.
